CHILD KILLING : NO MERCY
Guess today the day started with a bad DEPRESSING start.... after my daily visit to the bathroom... i went down stairs to read the daily paper.... well as usual.. i give a glance at the top news and i immediatly shift over to back page to sneek into the sports section.... but this didnt happen today.... when i was on the verge of turning the first page.. there was this article on the bottom which litrally killed me ......
the article read two siblings(a brother and a sister) aged 7 and 10 respectively were kidnapped by their school van driver yesterday morning for money and were brutaly killed the very late evening and thrown into a stream in some distant village and now that kidnapper cum killer is on the hunt.... well i was like hmmm..tats really bad and its awful... but on the other side
my MOM ....
who was like seeing this news on TV yesterday ... she started praying and hoping those kids dont get killed and when today when the news came up with their cute photos on the paper.... my mom stood still and was heart broken.... well i was imagining if my mom... who was in no way connected to those kids was in so much of vain.... i just then thought of those lovely kids parents.... it should have been a terrible time for them
they would have defenietly felt like suiciding having lost both their loved ones.....
i was like GOD.... damm... how could this happen ...how could u do this to those two lovely kids.. .... I've heard many incidents in the past years like
where the person was killed and kept in a suitcase r his body part was found some where but this seemed different for me .....
and these things are starting to occur often.... and it also reminded me of my school days where my fellow student was kidnapped and later killed just for tat same Gandhi photo paper..... and where as in this situation the
parents lost both thier loved ones....which made me more depressed...
i really just cant imagine how does a guy can really kill small kids.. who are noway involved in it... just for the sake he was not offered his ransom...
he killed them just like tat.. JUST LIKE TAT.. .... if i was in his shoes i defenietly dont think i could have really done tat .....may be i could have killed some n of my age or some n elder(jus kiding) for personal revenge r vengeance r something but i could have never ever killed two innocent small kids....
i start wondering where and how do people get such cruel ideas of having no mercy nor any sympathy ...... ... of course the greed & ego factor plays a role in these ideas but i will also blame the movies for such incidents ...
all these physco people get influenced by hardcore violent movies .... but u cant completely blame them... u ask the film industry abt this... they would say i shot the film becoz this
incident was a real life story.... and hence the blame game starts and it is just keeps shifting both ends of the court.
...
hence there is no solution for this... people who get caught are just sent to jail and served a long term sentence... WRONG DECISION .. .by doing this nothing is gonna change.... make him stand in the middle of MOUNT ROAD and let the police slice both his hands (the hands which he killed those smiling kids) in public or some other cruel way by giving it back to him.... and then send him to jail.... let the public know that they have learnt their lessons and i hope such incidents dont occur again !!!

TORQUE THROTTLE
MEISTERS(that's what i decided to call my readers from now on) my friend surendra nathan has written the following article.He his a bike maniac and here are few tips from him to modify bikes for better performance,torque and experience.......
TORQUE THROTTLE
Friends , the era of racing has begun . For years we have seen only small displacement bikes but now the racing era whistles off. The streets of Chennai are habitat of R15 , P220, ZMR & RTR 180 . The good news is the heart throbbing beauties (definitely not girls ) are available for our budget .Even though the money is worth for such a class we can get the power of a macho bike , so here are the ways to transform your so called normal bikes into a Track Bike . The question that arises next is can i do on my own or should i need an expert ??....... well the answer is S you can . 
The respiratory system of an automobile is the carburettor and filter . The human life increases as we breathe more oxygen and so does the the power plant . Try changing a K&N air filter RC 1060 and the carburettor can be changed as we desire . A carburettor which has more air-fuel ratio mixture will do the simple trick . The exhaust must be good as the inlet is, so change to a free flow exhaust . TEC exhaust cylinders are available in the market for a negotiable price. The Torque Expansion Chamber (TEC) improves the scavenging (exit process) of the exhaust gases and is also designed create a pressure difference inside the exhaust pipe. This pressure difference inside the exhaust pipe creates a vacuum which helps to pull in additional air-fuel mixture at low engine speeds and thus improves the engine torque at low revs without compromising the mid or high engine revs.
Its time for some interior work , change of piston must be done . The forged piston head and cylinders are made of aluminium that means it wont heat up as quickly as other bikes and hence the thermal power is surged up . Changing the engine cooling type also helps for receiving more horse power from the engine . The simple trick of changing the valve timing and using an iridium spark plug will increase the power .
These simple changes will increase nearly 5 BHP of the total power produced . Are these changes expensive ??? no they are not , cos a bike which has these many features is costly than the bikes mentioned above . So try it to feel the surge of power .

This guys cricket knowledge is unbelievable if u name a player to him he can tell u his stats and achievement within a blink of an eye and how can I forget the pranks we pull on our sister the way we tease our sisters together and do u remember DEMONS?? .I would say the only man who did not doubt my potential to become an engineer, when everybody said that I would nt clear my backup paper he is the only one who said that I will clear it with ease. THERE are so many reel heroes only some REAL HEROES bro you are a REAL HERO to me and always will be .. COUNTER CRITICAL PHASE
u might have all read critical phase by ASHWIN KARTHIKEYAN now as a student i am gonna give all of u 5 tips to tackle or counter THE CRITICAL PHASE...
RISK TIPS
5.As he mentions in his article itself that if someone is boring u with the placement/project questions that he ll take out the phone and act.My first tip is buy a samsung phone which has a fake caller app so u can act like tat, then when u go to a function pretend as if u talking form start to finish..
4.He mentioned that a friend of his PLACED IN MIDDLE EAST.My tip is that CUT THE FRIENDSHIP (i saw him do tat last week ).
3.There is a saying take it through the left ear and send it out through the right ear my improvisation is never take the advice or questions inside ur ears.Avoid phone call from friends who r pursuing GRE CAT XML GATE ETC ETC..
2.When somebody says they got placed be cool have the confidence in u that u will get placed and the determination tat u will get it and work hard toward it
1.This is my number 1 tip only if u lost all hopes, everyone has businessmen friend i say make him ur best friend do all the eddupudi(slave) works and become a partner in his firm...

Gone are the days when going out for shopping or buying vegetables from market was fun. She had her cute little son by her side always excited and totally inquisitive. She enjoyed explaining things to him and took pride in being a mother, the most selfless thing in the world.
But now, things have changed. He hates it when she calls him cute.
“Mom! I’m not a kid anymore!”
“But to me you are always my cute little…”
“Mom…please! Give me a break”
Conversations usually end up like this. Sometimes it goes like this:
“ I still remember when you were a kid, we used to…”

“Mom I got to go now…will be back in the evening”
There was nothing that she could do. All she needed was some time with her son. She was helpless.

Before she could say anything, he raced away in his car.
She stood at the gate holding his favorite dish that she had just prepared. She watched her cute little son moving away… and said to herself

THE CRITICAL PHASE
Hmmm….. u might be wondering what I mean here by critical phase ?? ...... Well this is the phase in which the world of engineering students in r country (esp. :Tamil Nadu) face.I basically feel this engineering world is divided into two categories …
The first category is the set of students who have decided their careers beyond engineering and working towards it and some being placed already …. Whereas the other category is of large dominance….
That is the other set of students sitting idle not knowing what they gonna do after 6 months not being placed . Sitting on the comp and logging in to Face Book.
AND I’m definitely part of the second category… and as the
famous quote says” jack of all and master of none” !! Well tat really suits me , have many plans but none have I chosen one sincerely and worked towards to it !!!
Well this is the phase which I’m going through and I’m sure most of u out there are going through this similar phases
What happens in this phase is …..
When u go out to social functions r party’s r anywhere else….. ur relatives, cousins , uncles and aunties whom they see u after a long time the first question when they meet u is
“Oh hi Ashwin !… how u doing ? ”…" So u doing ur final year rite…. So got placed ? ”…. “ Did the top companies come “ ......“ How is the placement going ? ” ..... And such questions go bizarre when I don answer them because nothing is in my list…nor do the good companies come… and then the next question they shoot at u “ K leave the placement… So how is ur final year project going…” And what is ur project based on ? “..
And I’m like .. “ WTF ”… I've just decided my group mates and the project is still in a dilemma Not knowing what to do …and this relative of mine is FIRING questions at me….. and when I try to tell them something… ..They add insult to injury by saying “ my neighbors’ son/daughter is doing this great project and he r she is already placed in this top company “
“ZZZZzzzzz”…
I just get irritated on the inside and give them a nice smile and I immediately take my phone out as if I’ve got a call and try to avoid them the whole function……Game over…. !! :)
But is it really game over ?? …. When u sit and think and look around….. you check out wat ur top friends doing…. And they will be saying … “dude im studying for my gre/cat exams…. Ill be writing this nov/dec” …fine…there r others saying “ hey ive written my exams and ive got this score and im applying for this so and so university “…. Tolerable…and others ” I've already got into this university ….. will be leaving in 6months time …… some already left “…….
THESE WORDS “GRE” “CAT” “XAT” “MAT” “GATE” etc etc….. just pisses me of…. Maybe if I had taken the same path .. I wouldn’t haven written this article…… I would have been busy preparing for them……but tats not the case here…..
Its not only getting pissed off for this …..Recently I was talking to my friend and he says he’s got this job in the middle east and he’s got this good pay/package ….. Definitely at the first instant I was and I am still happy for him . .. but on the other hand I look at me and I find this jealousy flowing inside in my veins……. Well guess every n has their own destiny and only this jealously will make us think more and make us reach r own destiny !!
So what would be the solution for this…. well I’m in the same phase as of most of u are… so I won’t nor could i give u any advices …but one thing …. just try to cross this critical phase of engineering with lot of “ PATIENCE “ and hope everything will get into place !!

A Tribute To Actor Murali
I was in lab when the news of actor Murali's death spread.There were no "Oh my god" reactions.Murali was no Rajini or Kamal.He was a small actor with a limited fanbase.I once so convincingly felt that Murali had no fans on earth but whenever I went to Madurai,I was awestruck by the posters celebrating "Manuneedhi thandha Mannane"(Manuneedhi was a dud which ran for less than 5 days across the globe).Wherever I went,I saw posters of a dark Murali smiling in flexboards,posters and cutouts.I asked my uncle,"why is Murali so famous in Madurai?".He told me,"Nothing like that.There is a single fan of Murali who is doing all this."My respect for Murali grew because in an age in which fans keep jumping to an actor who has more fans already,Murali was able to retain a single fan of his for more than 15 years without giving a single noteworthy hit.
Murali was a dedicated actor whose legacy made my friend quip,"kadaisi varaikum love solamale sethu poyitare!".I was shocked to know that a person who turned into a star with "Idhayam" died of a heart attack.To me,Murali was about the natural acting singer in "Pudhu Vasantham",the ever-loving college student in umpteen movies and also about that single fan who will paste posters all around Madurai wailing "Uyir neetha anbu thalaiva".Tamil cinema has always been more about fans than stars.
I express my deepest condolence to the actor's family and friends.

XBOX 360:LET THE GAMING BEGIN
AS some of u know i am huge fan of games and gaming and i personally believe gaming makes u a smarter and an intelligent person and it has its downside as well but am not gonna talk abt tat now.Being a huge fan of the games i went out and bought myself a XBOX 360 console well u have guessed it right this article is gonna be abt XBOX 360 its pros and cons..
RISK ANALYSIS
PROS
1.Amazing user interface be its WELCOME screen to its DASHBOARD to the ONLINE screen i feel the user interface is better than PS3.
2.Joy pad designing and use its easy and pain free..
3 .Awesome Graphics feels like ur playing inside it.It feels like ur the GAME.
4.The whole point of 360 is online playing and competition and i will say there is no one to beat XBOX in that prospect
5.SLEEK design is very stylish and catching
6. Modification i personally feel that this is a PRO cause u can get games for a way way cheaper rate,i mean u can download and burn how easy is tat.
7.Net browsing and movie watching..
8.HDMI OUT puts u there in a whole new world of gaming..
CONS
1.Over heat which may cause RROD which i feel has reduced ..
2.Joy pad is not rechargeable,we have to put battery and i personally recommend DURACELL it give 55-65 hrs life to the joy.
3.Disk scratching i feel that the disc get scratched easily when compared to PS3..
4.Well u have to buy XBOX live card to play online unlike PS which gives free online play..
5.It comes out in two version PAL AND NTSC which i feel is a con
EXTRA UTILITIES
Well u can buy a separate hard disk to install games and play to ease the use of CD ROM and lens
There is charge while play cable kit i feel its useless...
Well tat s it if u r planning to buy an XBOX 360 i would say go for it cause according to me its THE BEST CONSOLE ever made and if ur a motion fan go for XBOX 360 KINECT which is very very cool...

I go to the markets, in the streets, in offices , and also in churches and temples I see lots of checked

THE REBIRTH:-ENDHIRAN
Well all u guys may be confused with the Title .Well to brief u all, this is the rebirth of my blog and THE ENDHIRAN movie review .I figured what's the best way to kick start my blog and nothing but the phenomenal superstars ENDHIRAN came to MIND...so here's my take on the new segment i like to call the RISK REVIEW
RISK REVIEW
MOVIE:- ENDHIRAN THE ROBOT.
CAST:-Rajinikanth,Aishwarya Rai,Danny Denzogpa
Director:-Shankar,Music:-AR Rehman
it' s not everytime u see a movie of 190 crore taken in India especially in Tamil cause of it market .This was only possible because of one man i have to make this clear before the review..This movie is out there because of one man, a man who has a market of his own THE PHENOM THE SUPERSTAR RAJINIKANTH..i mean come on ,shankar tried everything for 10 yrs to shoot this film and flopped unless he opened his eyes and found out he was going to the wrong actors for this. THE BOSS made him realize that he is THE MASS..OK its review time..
STORYLINE:-its as simple a story line as u can get "what happen when a machine/robot falls in love with its creators lover"so on and so forth...
so i am gonna give to plus and minus of this film...

THE CAST- Of course the phenom the superstar and the charisma he deters OMG and gorgeous aishwarya rai i have never seen her emit this much beauty before...
The VFX -its good when compared too Indian standards cause no one has shown so much details before in India tats for sure but could have been little bit better.
MAKE UP -Awesome make up made endhiran possibly glamorous...
SFX-take a bow for tat, Amazing rusell pookutty
and of course
MUSIC:-could have been better from the master himself bcoz we always expect huge from him.
CHITI V2.0 -amazing amazing acting by thalaivar KUDOS the negativity shown by thala is mind blowing...

CINEMATOGRAPHY -is a let down i feel after watching ravannan if ravannan released on 2007 i am very sure Santoshsivan would have wielded the camera for this one..
BGM -MASTER it was not up to Ur class ARR could have done way better especially when superstar raijni comes up..
SCREENPLAY:-wooing screenplay in the second half i would say...
some unnecessary could have been avoided like where kalabavan mani comes etc etc..
STUNTS:-good but not mind blowing.....
Overall a great Indian movie one for every Indian to watch .well if Ur not a Indian anyways watch for RAJINI it might be a letdown for all thalaivar fans those who used to his fierce punch dialogue deliveries and mass exhibition but thalaivar proved he can exhibit class as well...ENDHIRAN s worth all the 420 bucks which i spent for it...EVERYBODY HYPNOTIC SUPERSONIC SUPERSTARS BOOM BOOM ROBO DA!!!!
